Tina from tinaseamonster and I hung out yesterday and goccoed together! We played with her two year old twins, ate pizza, and chatted about all sorts of crafty things. She gave me her old gocco machine in return for some sewing that I'm gonna do for her.
I'm so glad to have a new crafty bud!
Pictures of the gocco and what I made with it!
The patches need heatsetting and the edges need some cleaning up and fray proofing (or as close to fray proofing as you can get!) But I'm really happy with them!
This is the button set that I mentioned in this post. Now it's on etsy! Sweet!
SET of four 1" pinback buttons.
I made these cool buttons from an old flyer for this weird anarchist (or psuedo-anarchist) fantasy game that sounded like something out of Anarchy in the Age of Dinosaurs . Weird. And the flyer also had a zine-like, black-and-white, cut-and-paste style. So of course I had to do something with it! Ta-da, buttons!
Pin it on something! Ok great!
I found this page of links to so many crafty blogs! Sensory overload!

I just applied to the Crafty Bastards fair(indie craft fair in DC, for those that are unfamiliar)! yay! I've been the last two years as a looker/buyer. You can find the Crafty Bastards application, blog, pictures, etc here.
Here's the pictures I sent in with my application (hopefully they're good enough!):
